When we decided to sell our triplex in Midtown in May we knew exactly who we wanted to sell our property. I had never met Jared before, but I had a strong hunch that he was the one we needed due to having seen his signs throughout the years in our neighborhood. I sent him an email with a photo of our home and introduced myself and asked if he would be interested in listing it for us. He quickly replied and said yes and set a date to meet with us. Within a week we were working with a photographer and reviewing the listing that he put together. We were thrilled at how beautiful it all turned out! The brochures were just gorgeous. We never thought we’d have an offer so quickly and a closing the next month! Jared was guiding us through the process so well that the whole process was so unbelievable easy and enjoyable. Although he is very busy and has several clients at the same time, he always made us feel like we were his only priority. We highly recommend him!
